Terms

1. The settlement will be based on the information stated in the online listing and/or corrections from the system administrator of the sale, and payment will be made within the legal requirement under the Dealer’s Act and determined when delivery is taken of the animals.
2. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that all animals have Government regulated identification tags and that all documentation is provided to the buyer. (ie: RFID tags)
3. +/- is defined as no more or less than IO head for calves & yearlings over or under the stated head count.
4. Cattle that are considerably heavier or lighter than the base weight, may need to be renegotiated by a sales representative at the time of delivery to assure cattle pricing is fair based on sale listing pricing,

Responsibility & Expenses

5. Buyer and seller agree to fulfill any and all contract obligations regardless of a fluctuating cattle market.

6. On the day of delivery of the cattle, the seller and a VJV Livestock Marketing Group representative will be on hand to witness the weighing of the cattle.

Commissions

7. Buyers agree to a buyer’s fee applied to the purchase price of all to the rate of $30.00 per head for feeder cattle, cull cows, and slaughter bulls, which includes handling fees.

8. Sellers agree to a fee deducted from payment for all breeding stock (ie: bred cows, cow calf pairs, and breeding bulls) at the rate of 3% of the total selling price.

9. Seller agrees to pay all government deductions (ie: Brand Inspection, A.B.P, CIDC and Insurance.)
